A. Thank you for accepting my offer to present online coaching services to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree that the placement of an order together with these terms and conditions forms a contract between you (herein referred to as ‘the Client’) and Bamboo Coaching.  

B.These services are provided by Bamboo Coaching by Coach Richmond Dinh (herein ‘the Coach’). Coaching may address specific personal projects, business outcomes or general conditions in the client’s personal and/or professional life. Coaching is not advice, therapy or counselling.  

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We are also committed to effectively managing the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information for the purpose of our business activities in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

Your payment of the investment to us entitles you to receive week 1 of Bamboo Coaching's trademark Passion to Profits Online 6 Week program. Your access will be open for 7 days starting from the date that you are given access.

Intellectual Property delivered by Bamboo Coaching can only be used for personal purposes and must not be plagiarised or used outside the program. Use of Bamboo Coaching's intellectual property outside the coaching program must have written consent from Bamboo Coaching and must be referenced and credited to Bamboo Coaching. If improper use has been discovered, then you will be asked to leave the group and you may also risk legal action.
